The SEforALL Operations team faces the challenge of ensuring smooth operations in a rapidly changing and growing environment. As a growing organization, there are ongoing improvements being implemented in SEforALL operations. The need for robust financial and donor reporting has significantly grown, compounded by the increased emphasis for the finance team to be an integral part of planning activities and programme workplans, the need for an evolved position has emerged. Under the overall guidance of the SEforALL Director of Operations and managed by the Principal Specialist, Finance and Operations, the Budget and Operations Analyst role will primarily be to help manage the finances of the organization, and to provide support for all operational activities, primarily in financial management, but also in other areas of Operations (e.g. travel, procurement, asset management, IT, and administration) as and when required. The role is varied and requires a motivated, self-managing, problem solving individual, who can anticipate and resolve emerging issues.
