Description
To enhance responsible business practices, CLASP, through Energy Access Relief Fund (EARF) Helpdesk, and with support from World Bank Group will host a series of training workshops on ESMS for EARF borrowers. The learning workshops, conducted in a trusted and closed environment, will provide opportunities to engage and share experiences.
Committing to the Consumer Protection Code is a requirement for funding under the Energy Access Relief Fund. In this workshop, Off-Grid Solar companies will learn more about what making a commitment entails, and how to go beyond this initial step to ensure that it is not a 'tick-box exercise' but a meaningful endeavour for companies to help them improve customer outcomes, foster sustainable business growth, improve portfolio quality and increase attractiveness to investors.
