"Pricing policy: Ministry of Commerce and Industry sets price ceilings for gasoline, diesel, and kerosene. In Apr 2012, government eliminated customs duties on fuels for schools, clinics and hospitals that are deemed by the minister of finance to be inadequately covered by budgetary appropriation or subsidies, as well as Liberia Electricity Corporation, Liberia Broadcasting System, and National Transit Authority.
