Job description
We’re hiring a consultant to lead the development of a practical toolkit on community-led clean energy delivery in displacement settings.
The consultancy sits within our Transforming Humanitarian Energy Access (THEA) programme and will draw on learning from Uganda, Kenya and Ethiopia to produce actionable guidance for funders and practitioners on inclusive programme design, financing and partnerships.

We’re looking for a consultant with experience in:
- Humanitarian and displacement contexts in East Africa
- Qualitative research and analysis
- Clean energy, inclusive finance and/or locally led development
- Workshop facilitation and practical toolkit development
