Model ToR EE-Lighting
This part compiles Terms of Reference (ToR) that can be applied in the implementation of measures and/or projects to energy efficient lighting. ToR are available to the following aspects:
- to conduct studies to know about actual (framework) conditions in a country
- to plan, implement and monitor information- and sensitization campaigns
- to design information material
- to plan and implement capacity building measures
- to implement actual lighting measures (audits)
