IGNITE Innovation Hub, in partnership with Circle Innovation, has launched applications for the BioSustainability Design Programme – East Africa, supported by the Novo Nordisk Foundation
The programme is looking for innovators who can help identify and scale institutional clean cooking solutions that are practical, affordable, and sustainable for schools — from technology, delivery and service models, to financing approaches that make adoption and day-to-day use viable, to training and behavioural change support for cleaner, safer, and more sustainable school meal preparation in Rwanda.
Selected teams will take part in a 10-month entrepreneurship programme, combining design thinking training, field immersion, business training, and access to WFP and implementing partner networks.
