In its second cohort, the course will enable participants to:
- Build the skills required to act as capacity multipliers for a just energy transition. - Exchange best practices and case studies across regions and stakeholder groups. - Access and disseminate knowledge, tools, and materials developed by the Impulsouth project and its Community of Practice. - Strengthen institutional and individual capacity to design solutions with a gender perspective.
Participants who successfully complete the course will be eligible to apply for dedicated funding opportunities to implement the initiative developed during the training.
The ToT is designed for mid-career professionals representing organizations with a capacity-building or innovation ecosystem-enabling mandate, who are:
- Based and professionally active in one or more Impulsouth partner countries in Africa or Latin America and the Caribbean: Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Madagascar, Uganda, Zambia, Bolivia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala - Members of the Impulsouth Community of Practice (or willing to join – register here). - Experienced in capacity building or with demonstrated interest in just energy transitions. - Supported by their institutions to commit the time required to complete the course.
