Focus and scope: The RedBioLAC Journal publishes unpublished, original articles and case studies resulting from applied research and technological development in the field of anaerobic digestion in Latin America and the Caribbean, in Spanish and Portuguese. With a particular interest in the areas of Control, modeling, and inhibition of the digestion process, Implementation of small and medium-scale biodigesters (domestic and productive scale), Implementation of large-scale industrial biodigesters (industrial uses), Biodigestion with municipal or urban organic waste, Anaerobic co-digestion (digestion with 2 or more substrates), Application and management of digestate (biol, affluent, bio sol, digestate, among others), Use, treatment and exploitation of biogas, Biomethane applications (research, urban, mobility, etc.), Public policies, legislation and standards for digestion, Financing and incentive programs for digestion, Community and educational experiences in the context of digestion and Biogas in landfills.
