Eligibility/Description
The aim of the SADC Energy Youth Organisation Survey is to capture information about youth movements or organizations or institutions or private companies in the Renewable Energy (RE) and Energy Efficiency (EE) sector in the SADC region. In addition, the survey seeks for thought leaders to contribute to the RE and EE conversation.

The survey is part of the key interventions to the SADC Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Strategy and Action Plan (REEESAP), specifically; Action Plan #8: Promote adoption of RE/EE through information, advocacy and awareness; and Action Plan #9: Consider cross-sectoral and cross-cutting issues when implementing RE/EE projects. In addition, this contributes to SACREEE’s Business Plan (2019-2023) with the target to establish a database of youth active in the energy sector in the region and grow the number of youths participating in events, discussions, and energy-related businesses.

The survey will take approximately 10 -15 minutes to complete and all responses will be kept confidential.
