Job description
Under the general guidance of the Chief ITC, the candidate will develop and execute programme and supply strategies for community electrification/solarization in close collaboration with internal and external partners, manages and evaluate projects ensuring an uninterrupted, sustainable supply of affordable, quality solarization solutions and execute procurements in accordance with the UNICEF Rules and Regulations for a segment of products. Operationalizing global strategies, focus is on securing systematic solarization guidance to countries either through procurement of goods and services or through normative guidance in collaboration with PD and relevant SD units.
