Abstract
The Central government's schemes Saubhagya and Ujjwala Yojanas have played an important role in improving energy access in Uttar Pradesh during the recent years with rise in usage of electricity and LPG, claimed Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) in its recent survey report.
