RENEVALIS is a circular economy company dedicated to the end of life management of photovoltaic modules in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. The company is structured around a holding based in Luxembourg, with an industrial site in preparation in Vietnam and an opening targeted for 2027.

Activities

RENEVALIS covers the full end of life chain of solar panels:

  • Collection and reverse logistics of decommissioned modules
  • Testing and grading of used panels
  • Second life qualification and export of reusable modules
  • Mechanical recycling with recovery of glass, aluminium, copper and silicon
  • Environmental compliance and recycling certificates under the Vietnamese extended producer responsibility framework

Traceability platform

Each collected batch is followed on RENEVALIS TRACK, a web platform that records the chain of custody from pick up to processing, issues verifiable recycling certificates, and reports recovered materials and avoided carbon indicators. The platform is available in English, French, Vietnamese and Chinese.

Planned facility

The first industrial line is planned in southern Vietnam, with a design capacity of approximately 3.5 tonnes per hour, and a network of regional storage depots. The opening is targeted for 2027.
