Les collectivités locales veillent à la bonne gestion de la structure en charge de l’exploitation et s’assurent que les bénéficiaires paient régulièrement leurs factures à date échue. Les collectivités locales tiendront un registre des réclamations qui fera l’objet d’un rapport à la CRSE et à l’ASER dans le cadre du contrôle de la qualité de service.

Example: EnDev Senegal

In Senegal EnDev implements ERSEN (Projet Electrification Rurale Sénégal), a programme for rural electrification which is part of the Programme for the Promotion of Rural Electrification and the Provision with Sustainable Household Combustibles PERACOD.
