Contexte
Dans le cadre des activités des projets APST (Appui à la mise en œuvre du Plan Solaire Tunisien) mis en œuvre par la GIZ, sous mandat du BMU, en coopération avec le Ministère de l'Energie, des Mines et de la Transition Energétique MEMTE, des modèles de contrats types EPC et O&M des projets PV sous le régime des autorisations ont été développés par un consortium d'experts (Cabinet Cécile Cessac - Cabinet Ferchiou et 3E). Et ce, afin de donner une vue d'ensemble des aspects contractuels importants en lien avec la construction et l'exploitation des centrales PV développés pour le contexte tunisien.
Un atelier de présentations desdits contrats s'est tenu le 20 février 2020 à l'hôtel Mövenpick Lac1 afin de partager ces modèles de contrats et avoir un premier échange avec les parties prenantes sur les ces aspects contractuels en lien avec le contexte local et les projets en cours.
